California Fraternal Order of Police Taps 911MEDIA to Publish the California Police Journal

Continuing its history as the communications partner for public safety groups, custom publisher and marketing and design agency 911MEDIA was recently selected by the California Fraternal Order of Police (CAFOP) to publish the California Police Journal, a new quarterly publication. Founded in 1977, the CAFOP is the California State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, an organization of more than 325,000 active and retired sworn law enforcement officers. The CAFOP comprises 18 local lodges throughout the state and offers a host of benefits to its members, including financial remuneration for the families of officers killed in the line of duty, scholarships and grants, training assistance programs, legal assistance and other forms of support.

The NAPO 29th Annual Convention will bring together the leaders of national law enforcement organizations. The National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO) is an alliance of professional police unions and associations throughout the United States. This year’s convention will be held at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel.
